Qualifications

• 2–3 years of retail management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• 2–5 years of customer service experience.
• Passion for people and leadership.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.
• Ability to receive and provide constructive feedback to all team members.
• High emotional intelligence to manage diverse teams.
• Team-oriented leader fostering collaboration.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, holidays.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or related software.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop the store team including hiring, onboarding, and training.
• Set and execute business strategies with the Regional Manager.
• Open/close store and manage day-start day-end cash handling.
• Ensure accurate inventory levels and restocking.
• Maintain high standard of merchandise presentation.
• Create a fun, engaging store environment.
• Support all POS transactions and customer inquiries.
• Adhere to company policies and safety standards.
