Job summary

Casey’s is seeking a Store Manager who will lead a team to deliver outstanding guest service and a strong community presence. You will manage daily operations, hire and develop Team Members, and drive store performance in alignment with Casey’s values.

You will oversee labor, inventory, and store standards while fostering a coaching culture to help your team grow professionally and personally. This role is onsite with opportunities for career advancement within the Fortune 400 company.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead a team and drive performance.
• Ability to hire, train, and supervise team members in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication skills and ownership mindset.
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience maintaining store standards, inventory, and guest services.

Responsibilities

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain quality and service standards within your store.
• Ensure the store is stocked and clean to build strong guest relationships.
• Hire, train, develop, and supervise new Team Members in the Casey's Way.
• Model Casey’s CARES values (Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service).
• Manage labor budget and scheduling for regular hours and events; keep scheduling up to date.
• Oversee kitchen operations to maximize productivity and profitability, and manage daily bookwork and audits.
• Partner with District Manager to develop action plans based on KPIs and P&L.
• Complete trainings and assessments, including ServSafe where applicable.
