Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking a Store Manager in Winder, GA to lead a dynamic retail operation with 25–40 team members. You will own store performance across sales, guest experience, operations, and community engagement.

You’ll hire, train and develop hourly staff, build a strong bench of talent with Assistant Store Managers and Shift Supervisors, and drive budgets, SOPs and reporting to exceed financial goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supervising teams of 25–40 employees.
• Experience budgeting and creating plans to exceed financial targets.
• Experience maintaining and improving SOPs.
• Ability to embrace change and demonstrate decisive decision making.
• Experience hiring and developing staff.
• Proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead a retail operation with 25–40 team members to deliver strong sales and guest experience.
• Greet and assist donors/customers.
• Monitor and maintain the store's overall appearance.
• Lead monthly meetings with store employees.
• Attend monthly meetings with Director and other store managers.
• Maintain company records and reporting.
