Responsibilities

• Set clear expectations, provide feedback, and address performance concerns.

• Oversee opening/closing, cash handling, inventory, merchandising, and store operations.
• Stay current on Verizon products, promotions, policies, and procedures.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and scheduling for the store.
• Ensure company policies and privacy standards are followed.
