KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Lead for its WHBM store in Katy, TX. You will partner with store leadership to supervise the team, lead by example, and support leadership duties to uphold our hospitality-driven culture.

You will coach staff, share brand priorities, manage operations, and drive sales with product knowledge and a customer-first approach. This role emphasizes teamwork, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement across our brands.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and share product knowledge.
• Coach and provide feedback to keep the team on track with goals.
• Handle scheduling, cash handling, and inventory management.
