Freeway Insurance Services America, LLC is seeking a Store Manager in Washington state to lead a sales team, deliver exceptional customer service, and achieve production goals. The role offers a sign-on bonus and a generous pay package with uncapped commissions based on performance.

You will manage team performance, mentor staff, and leverage high inbound leads, walk-in traffic, and extensive training to grow both revenue and customer satisfaction across our insured client base.

Qualifications

• Preferred Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license; not required.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• 2- to 4-year college degree or equivalent.
• Experience leading, coaching, and mentoring sales teams.
• Strong fiduciary duty with high integrity.
• Ability to build lasting relationships with customers and team members.
• Ambitious, motivated mindset with a desire for advancement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
