Job summary

Our compensation package features a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions, renewal commissions, and monthly bonus incentives.

Qualifications

• 2- or 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading, coaching, and mentoring sales teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual license not required but preferred for some markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team’s daily performance and targets.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers to meet production goals.
• Coach team to deliver high-quality customer care consistently.
• Oversee the sales team to achieve targets and monitor performance.
• Assist with escalated customer service issues as needed.
• Execute all aspects of Store Operational Excellence (SOE).
