Job summary

Walgreens is offering an accelerated Learning and Development program designed to develop store managers through a structured rotation across front-end and pharmacy operations. You will shadow the Store Manager, lead area teams, and gain proficiency in SOPs, inventory, and customer service, while pursuing required certifications and a pharmacy technician registration as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience or High School Diploma/GED and 5 years of retail management experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (Except in Puerto Rico)
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.
• Willingness to transfer to other Walgreens retail assets located within the same hiring Area.
• PTCB Certification (Preferred)
• Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation (front-end and pharmacy) of a Walgreens store under the Store Manager.
• Shadow Store Manager in opening/closing shifts and task delegation.
• Support store operations by participating in learning journey rotations and implementing SOPs across front-end and pharmacy.
