You will shadow the Store Manager, participate in rotations across stores, and learn SOPs, inventory management, and performance metrics to ensure a strong customer experience and store performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience, or a HS diploma/GED with 5 years retail mgmt experience.
• Fluency in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules and to transfer within Walgreens assets.

Responsibilities

• Learn Walgreens operations to lead full store operations across front-end and pharmacy.
• Shadow Store Manager and assist in opening/closing, delegating tasks.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, loss prevention, inventory management and price accuracy.
• Engage customers and develop plans to improve service metrics.
