Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma with retail management experience accepted.
• Experience leading teams in retail or pharmacy environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Learn Walgreens’ operations and lead full store operations including front-end and pharmacy.
• Under Store Manager guidance, oversee store operations.
• Shadow or assist Store Manager to lead the store across learning journey.
• Complete accelerated program with required certifications for Store Manager role.
• Attend classroom, online and on‑the‑job trainings with rotations across area stores.
• Follow development plans and engage in feedback with District Manager and Regional VP.
• Learn SOPs, comply with procedures, and gain knowledge of computer systems.
• Pursue pharmacy technician registration/licensure per state law and PTCB certification if required.
