Job summary

Walgreens is offering an accelerated development program to prepare you for a Store Manager role across front-end and pharmacy operations. You will learn Walgreens’ operations and work under the Store Manager to gain hands-on leadership experience.

Through rotations, classroom learning, and on-the-job training, you will complete certifications and build proficiency in store operations, customer service, inventory, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience or High School Diploma/GED and 5 years of retail management experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (Except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.
• Willingness to accept assignment into a Store Manager position, if offered.
• Willingness to transfer to other Walgreens retail assets located within the same hiring Area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of Walgreens store under Store Manager direction.
• Shadow Store Manager to lead store operations front-end and pharmacy.
• Support learning journey and development plans across store functions.
