Qualifications

• Two or more years of leadership or managerial experience.
• Two or more years of experience in a retail grocery store.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Assists in recruiting and staffing activities.
• Assists with store merchandising by staging, stocking and pricing of merchandise as directed.
• Assists in all aspects of inventory management and prepares inventories.
• Follows prescribed ordering practices to meet in-stock targets.
• Provides superior customer service leadership.
• Follows company procedures and participates in opening/closing activities.
• Ensures cash handling and deposits are secure and accurate.
• Maintains clean, well-stocked stores and a safe customer/employee environment.
• Operates store in the store manager’s absence.
• Reviews operating statements to identify trends and control opportunities.
