Job summary

Palm Beach Tan - North Little Rock is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead and develop the store team, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive daily sales performance.

You will oversee hiring, training, and guiding staff, while maintaining a positive work environment and ensuring adherence to safety and operational standards. This role requires leadership and hands-on management in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to effectively motivate others.
• Stand, bend, and walk for long periods.
• Lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store staff by interviewing, hiring, and developing employees
• Create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers
• Meet self-performance metrics and help develop employees to meet their metrics
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales
• Meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements
• Control expenses: labor, inventory and maintenance
• Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep store clean, stocked, and organized
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues
