Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is seeking a store manager in Fort Worth to lead daily operations, drive sales, and develop a high-performing team. You will oversee staffing, training, customer service, and adherence to safety, banking and inventory controls.

This role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to motivate staff and manage tasks efficiently. We offer benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old (in applicable locations) and able to meet job requirements.
• 1 year of supervisory experience or higher.
• Ability to effectively motivate others and lead a team.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Complete a 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics.
• Maintain store staff by interviewing, hiring, and developing employees.
• Create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers.
• Meet self-performance metrics and help develop employees to meet their metrics.
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales.
• Meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements.
• Control expenses: labor, inventory and maintenance.
• Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep store clean, stocked, and organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.
