Job summary

You will supervise staff, ensure excellent customer service, manage inventory and expenses, and uphold safety and banking procedures while meeting performance targets.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to effectively motivate others.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage a 5-week manager-training course with clear performance metrics.
• Interview, hire, and develop store staff.
• Create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers.
• Meet self-performance metrics and help employees meet theirs.
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales.
• Meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements.
• Control expenses: labor, inventory and maintenance.
• Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep store organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.
