Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years retail management.
• Or High School Diploma/GED with 5 years retail management.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.
• Willingness to transfer to Walgreens retail assets within the same hiring area.

Responsibilities

• Oversees store operations front-end and pharmacy under Store Manager guidance.
• Shadows Store Manager to lead learning journey and development.
• Gains experience in opening/closing shifts, merchandising, and task delegation.
• Learns to protect store assets and monitor loss prevention systems.
• Analyzes store performance data and supports action plans for improvement.
