Rocket stores in the United States is seeking a Manager-In-Training for a full-time role that offers benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401K, and tuition reimbursement.

The MIT will complete a training program under supervision of Store Manager and learn to manage daily operations, supervise staff, and maintain a courteous environment for customers and team members. All MITs receive on-the-job training before transitioning into a Store Manager role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading retail or fast food teams.
• Ability to coach and develop teams.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to work overnight shifts and holidays.
• Able to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Complete training under Store Manager.
• Learn to manage daily store operations.
• Supervise and direct store staff.
• Maintain a courteous environment for customers and team members.
• Progress to Store Manager role.
