Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Raleigh, NC. As an Assistant Manager, you will help operate a single store, hire and direct associates, and drive financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a comprehensive store leadership training program lasting 3 or more weeks.
