You will assist the operation of a single store, hire and direct associates, and aim to achieve financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences. A 3+ week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a 3+ week Store Leadership Training program.
