Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to support a single store’s operation and lead a team to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction. You will participate in a 3+ week leadership training program designed to prepare you for success and future advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda store and lead a team of associates to meet financial goals and guest service standards.
• Hire, manage and direct associates and provide mentorship.
• Participate in a 3+ weeks leadership training program to prepare for success.
