Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. As an Assistant Manager, you will help operate a single Panda Express store, hire and direct associates, and drive financial and guest experience results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operating a single store and manage/direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Lead hiring and staff development as part of store management responsibilities.
