Qualifications

• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles.
• Ability to work opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Must lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store and supervise associates to meet financial goals and guest experience standards.
• Hire, train, and direct staff; ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a leadership training program and progress toward store management roles.
