Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, hire and manage associates, and drive financial performance while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We will provide an eight or more weeks of store leadership training, mentorship, and support from a Panda community that cares about your success, with broad benefits and growth opportunities within Panda Restaurant Group.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring and directing associates.
• Drive financial performance and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program.
• Mentor and develop team members to support store success.
