Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. As an Assistant Manager you will assist the operation of a single store, hire and direct associates to achieve financial goals, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest experiences.
• Provide and participate in leadership training and development initiatives.
