Job summary

Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a single store and drive guest satisfaction. You’ll lead and develop team members, handle hiring and supervision, and work toward financial goals under the guidance of the store leadership team.

We provide a 3 or more weeks of store leadership training, mentorship, and ongoing support to help you grow within our Panda family that values development and community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide a 3 or more weeks of store leadership training program to prepare for success.
