A 3+ week store leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success, with mentorship and support from our Panda community that cares about your development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest experiences.
• Participate in a 3+ weeks of store leadership training program.
