Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. in Warrenton, Oregon, is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a single Panda Express location. You will hire, train and direct associates to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences. It’s up to you to make your store a success.

We provide an 8 or more weeks of store leadership training program, mentorship and support from our Panda community to help you grow and succeed with us.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and supervise staff to ensure smooth daily operations and guest satisfaction.
• Provide leadership and participate in the eight-week Store Leadership Training program and ongoing development.
