Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in Oregon to lead a single Panda Express store. You will recruit, supervise and develop staff while steering operations to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role includes an intensive 8+ week leadership training program and ongoing mentorship within a supportive Panda community to drive success and store performance.

Qualifications

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store and will hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Must be flexible to relocate within 50 miles from home and work a varied schedule including openings, closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food safety certification (Serve Safe) is required to ensure safe food handling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and lead a team to achieve financial targets and top-notch guest experiences.
• Provide training and mentorship during the eight+ week leadership program and support from the Panda community.
