Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver guest experiences.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the store team, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
• Participate in leadership training programs to prepare for career growth within Panda Restaurant Group.
