Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team. You will help run a single Panda Express location, hire and guide teammates, and drive financial and guest-experience goals.

You’ll participate in a 3+ week leadership training program and receive mentorship and company support designed to promote professional growth within Panda Restaurant Group. This role is located in the Goodyear, AZ area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a 3+ weeks leadership training program to prepare for success.
