Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• Two or more years of leadership or managerial experience.
• Two or more years of experience in a retail grocery store strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists in recruiting and staffing activities.
• Assists with store merchandising and staging of merchandise.
• Manages inventory including damages, markdowns, and paperwork.
• Follows ordering practices to meet in-stock targets.
• Provides superior customer service leadership.
• Participates in store opening and closing activities.
• Reviews operating statements for trends and improvements.
• Completes all paperwork and documentation on time.
