Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support store manager in staffing, inventory, merchandise presentation, and cash control.
• Assist with recruiting, training, and supervision of staff.
• Help manage inventory, orders, and damages.
• Provide excellent customer service leadership and store operations.
• Participate in opening/closing tasks and ensure security and paperwork compliance.
• Review store performance and identify opportunities for efficiency.
