Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is seeking a full-time Store Manager in Training (MIT) for our Downtown Fort Wayne location. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail or restaurant setting and will lead team members, conduct interviews, and ensure exceptional customer service. Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or retail store.
• Prior experience conducting in-person interviews of hourly support staff.
• Prior Point of Sale (POS) systems experience.
• Ability to utilize MS Office, Word and our Applicant Tracking System.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and have legal eligibility for employment in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform as Manager-on-Duty during scheduled shifts.
• Supervise, train and coach team members.
• Lead new hourly staff onboarding and training.
• Conduct initial interviews for potential new hires.
• Support Store Ops Manager with ordering and inventory control.
• Hold staff accountable to Insomnia Cookies' standards.
• Ensure all team members provide the best customer service.
