True North is seeking a Store Manager to take full responsibility for store performance, operations, and profitability. You will lead hiring, training, scheduling, and development, ensuring execution of True North standards with a focus on a fast, friendly, and clean environment.

You will oversee staffing, inventory, labor, cash controls, safety, and facility maintenance while driving operational and customer service goals and acting as the primary liaison with the Zone Manager.
