Job summary

True North is seeking a Store Manager to own the store's performance, operations, and profitability. You will lead hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching, ensuring a fast, friendly, and clean environment while managing staffing, inventory, labor, cash controls, safety, and maintenance.

You will drive operational, financial, and customer service results and serve as the main link between the store and the Zone Manager. Strong leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior retail or convenience store supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to all store team members, including hiring, training, scheduling, performance management, and development.
• Ensure the consistent execution of standards by maintaining a fast, friendly, and clean environment.
• Oversee staffing, inventory, labor, cash controls, safety, and facility maintenance.
• Achieve operational, financial, and customer service goals as the primary liaison with the Zone Manager.
• Lead, train, coach, and develop team to meet performance expectations.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal requirements.
