Job summary

True North is seeking a Store Manager in Ohio to oversee the store’s operations, profitability, staffing, and customer service. You will lead hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management while ensuring standards are met and the store remains safe, clean, and compliant.

You will drive financial results, manage labor and inventories, and act as the primary liaison with the Zone Manager to meet operational goals and brand standards.
