Qualifications

• 3+ years of prior retail management experience preferred.
• Experience with hardlines or variety merchandise; BIG BOX experience a plus.
• Strong productivity management in freight processing.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and frequent walking, standing, bending, and climbing.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire store associates to serve customers.
• Oversee and delegate store activities to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
