• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform related physical tasks as required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire store associates to serve customers.
• Coach and develop associates through operations and merchandising training.
• Oversee daily store activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and company policies.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and implement corporate directives.
