Job summary

Tractor Supply Company in Hazlehurst, MS is seeking a Store Manager Trainee to learn the duties of a Store Manager, deliver Legendary Customer Experience, build a strong team, and drive sales and inventory efficiency.

You will train in budgeting, merchandising, staff development, and operations while supporting district leadership and ensuring a customer-focused retail environment appropriate for farm and ranch products.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and supervisory experience required or preferred.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Agricultural-Science or Business preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, develop, evaluate, discipline, and retain team members.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service and greet customers.
• Manage inventory, budgeting, and store operations to drive sales.
• Coordinate merchandising resets and maintain in-stock levels.
• Lead a safe, productive work environment and coach staff.
