Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Manager Trainee to learn the duties of the Store Manager role and develop the skills needed to lead a team in a retail environment. The role emphasizes delivering Legendary Customer Service, building the team, driving sales, and managing inventory, expenses, and shrink across the store.

The position requires strong supervisory potential, adherence to company processes, and the ability to work varied hours, including peak seasons.

Qualifications

• Retail or farming-related experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Bachelor’s or higher in Agricultural-Science or Business related field preferred; other combos may be considered.
• High school diploma required.

Responsabilités

• Recruiting, hiring, developing, evaluating, disciplining, and retaining team members.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Understand needs, Recommend, Add value.
• Schedule and plan daily activities for store operations.
• Lead the team to provide a Legendary shopping experience and protect store assets.
• Learn budgeting, forecasting, and inventory controls; assist in profit management.
