Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a Store Manager Trainee to learn the duties of the Store Manager role and develop leadership skills. You will work to deliver Legendary Customer Experience, build the team, drive sales, manage inventory, and control expenses.

Ideal candidates have retail or farming-related experience, are at least 18, and possess a valid driver's license. High school diploma required; bachelor’s in Agricultural-Science or Business preferred.
