Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, hiring, developing, evaluating, disciplining, and retaining efficient team members.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service and build a strong team per GURA framework.
• Manage inventory, sales, and store operations to meet targets.
• Plan daily activities to ensure efficient store operations.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment.
