Qualifications

• Two years of retail leadership experience required.
• Must be 18 years or older and hold a valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent; reading, writing and basic math skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to resolve issues ethically.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Observe and learn duties for Store Manager role and lead execution of company standards.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment for all team members.
• Assist in hiring, staffing decisions, scheduling, payroll, training, and performance reviews.
• Drive sales through customer engagement and merchandising initiatives.
• Grow the grooming business and ensure safety of animals in our care.
• Represent brand in local marketing events and community outreach.
• Manage cash handling, opening/closing, and daily store operations.
• Handle customer complaints to ensure a positive shopping experience.
