ALDI USA in New Jersey is seeking ambitious individuals for our Store Manager Trainee program. You will learn to run your own store through hands-on leadership experience, guiding operations, merchandising, customer service and daily standards in a fast-paced environment.

Starting wage is $31.75 per hour. Year 1 earning potential ranges from $97,000 to $113,500, including salary and bonus where applicable. This role leads from the front and prepares you for progressive retail leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior management experience in a retail environment is beneficial.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store personnel to achieve KPI goals and budgets.
• Communicate responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports.
• Oversee store operations, scheduling, inventory handling and customer service.
• Collaborate with district management to resolve issues and improve results.
