Responsibilities

• Leads and develops store personnel to meet results.
• Develops action plans using company resources to improve results.
• Oversees resolution of employee and customer concerns with district support as needed.
• Interviews candidates and makes recommendations for advancement.
• Manages personnel including promotions and terminations as appropriate.
• Ensures compliance with policies and procedures and safety standards.
• Plans and revises weekly schedules to ensure accuracy.
• Drives KPI achievement and budget attainment through team leadership.
• Trains store personnel using provided training materials and coaching.
