This role collaborates with the General Manager to ensure exceptional store operations and employee performance. You'll be expected to embody enthusiasm, friendliness, and adherence to company policies while motivating your team.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, managing orders, ensuring cleanliness, and resolving customer complaints. Full-time commitment with flexibility for day and night shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Willingness to work a minimum of 32 hours a week.
• Ability to stand for long hours and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and serve food and beverages.
• Input orders into the POS system and handle payments.
• Prepare cold and hot subs while following safety procedures.
• Ensure daily cleanliness of the restaurant.
• Communicate effectively with team members.
• Handle customer complaints professionally.
