Jersey Mike's Germantown seeks a Manager in Training to oversee in-store operations with the General Manager. You will lead by example, ensure staff performance, and uphold procedures with integrity.

You will greet customers, manage orders, train staff, help with scheduling, resolve issues, and maintain restaurant cleanliness. Full-time hours and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and record orders with a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Input orders into the POS system and handle payments accurately.
• Collaborate with line team to prepare subs per specifications following safety rules.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely (knives, grills, slicers).
• Maintain daily restaurant cleanliness and sanitation.
• Train new employees and help manage staff schedules.
• Address and resolve customer concerns per Jersey Mike's standards.
• Maintain neat appearance and wear the required uniform.
