Jersey Mike's Subs in Oshkosh is seeking a Manager in Training to support store operations alongside the General Manager. You will help ensure the store runs smoothly, train teammates, and uphold Jersey Mike's standards with integrity and a positive, customer‑focused attitude.

This full‑time, in‑person role requires flexibility with day and night shifts, weekends, and holidays; you must be at least 18 and able to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, take orders, and serve food and beverages with a positive attitude.
• Input orders into a POS system and handle payments accurately.
• Collaborate with the line team to prepare subs per specs while following safety and sanitation rules.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely (knives, grills, slicers, etc.).
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and sanitary standards daily.
• Coordinate with team and management to create schedules and train new staff.
• Handle customer concerns professionally according to Jersey Mike's standards.
• Maintain neat appearance and wear the required uniform.
