Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years in a leadership or managerial position.
• 2+ years of experience in a retail grocery store preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists in recruitment and staffing activities.
• Assists with store merchandising and staging of merchandise according to established practices.
• Assists in all aspects of inventory management and prepares inventories.
• Follows ordering practices to meet in-stock targets.
• Provides superior customer service leadership.
• Acts as a role model by following Company procedures and policies.
• Participates in store opening and closing activities.
• Ensures cash controls and security practices are followed.
• Maintains clean, well-stocked stores and safe environment.
• Operates store in the store manager’s absence.
• Reviews operating statements to identify trends and opportunities.
• Completes paperwork and documentation according to deadlines.
