Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior retail operations or customer service experience preferred.

• Valid State Driver's License Required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and supervising staff to ensure smooth store operations.
• Support inventory management, product ordering, and stock rotation.
• Provide excellent customer service and help create a welcoming store environment.
• Help manage daily reports on sales and labor costs.
